This will always be one of my favorite photos from when I was teaching in Tumble Tots Davao. I made a cloud and raindrops out of cartolina to place on one of our empty walls as decoration and as soon as my kids saw it, they immediately started playing with it.
I didn’t intend for it to be a pretend play prompt but clearly, they had other ideas. It’s amazing how kids can see things differently. Some were curious as to what the new decoration was, others were just happy pretending that they were dancing in the rain.
